Ticagrelor EP Impurity B is chemically (1S,2S,3R,5S)-3-((3-((1R,2S)-2-(3,4-difluorophenyl)cyclopropyl)-5-(propylthio)-3H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-7-yl)amino)-5-(2-hydroxyethoxy)cyclopentane-1,2-diol. It is also known as Ticagrelor USP Related Compound B. Ticagrelor EP Impurity B is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Ticagrelor EP Impurity B can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Ticagrelor.
