Deshydroxyethoxy Ticagrelor-D7 is chemically (1S,2R,3S,4R)-4-(7-(((1R,2S)-2-(3,4-difluorophenyl)cyclopropyl)amino)-5-((propyl-d7)thio)-3H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-3-yl)cyclopentane-1,2,3-triol. It is also known as Ticagrelor Metabolite-D7. Deshydroxyethoxy Ticagrelor-D7 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Deshydroxyethoxy Ticagrelor-D7 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Ticagrelor.
