N-Nitroso Ticagrelor is chemically N-((1R,2S)-2-(3,4-difluorophenyl)cyclopropyl)-N-(3-((1R,2S,3S,4S)-2,3-dihydroxy-4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)cyclopentyl)-5-(propylthio)-3H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-7-yl)nitrous amide hydrochloride. N-Nitroso Ticagrelor is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. N-Nitroso Ticagrelor can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Ticagrelor.
