Ticagrelor EP Impurity C is chemically 2-[[(1S,2S,3S,4R)-4-[7-[[(1R,2S)-2-(3,4-difluorophenyl)cyclopropyl]amino]-5-(propylsulfanyl)-3H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-3-yl]-2,3-dihydroxycyclopentyl]oxy]ethyl acetate (as per EP). It is also known as O-Acetyl Ticagrelor. Ticagrelor EP Impurity C is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Ticagrelor EP Impurity C can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Ticagrelor.
