4-Fluoro Ticagrelor is chemically (1S,2S,3R,5S)-3-(7-(((1R,2S)-2-(4-fluorophenyl)cyclopropyl)amino)-5-(propylthio)-3H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-3-yl)-5-(2-hydroxyethoxy)cyclopentane-1,2-diol. It is also known as Ticagrelor Impurity N. 4-Fluoro Ticagrelor is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. 4-Fluoro Ticagrelor can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Ticagrelor.
