Ticagrelor EP Impurity D is chemically 2-[[(3aR,4S,6R,6aS)-6-[7-[[(1R,2S)-2-(3,4-difluorophenyl)cyclopropyl]amino]-5-(propylsulfanyl)-3H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-3-yl]-2,2-dimethyltetrahydro-2H,3aH-cyclopenta[d][1,3]dioxol-4-yl]oxy]ethan-1-ol (as per EP). It is also known as Ticagrelor IP Impurity H. Ticagrelor EP Impurity D is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Ticagrelor EP Impurity D can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Ticagrelor.
