Ticagrelor Impurity 13 is chemically 2-(((3aR,4S,6R,6aS)-6-(7-(((1R,2S)-2-(3,4-difluorophenyl)cyclopropyl)amino)-5-(propylsulfinyl)-3H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-3-yl)-2,2-dimethyltetrahydro-4H-cyclopenta[d][1,3]dioxol-4-yl)oxy)ethan-1-ol. Ticagrelor Impurity 13 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Ticagrelor Impurity 13 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Ticagrelor.
