Ticagrelor is chemically (1S,2S,3R,5S)-3-(7-(((1R,2S)-2-(3,4-difluorophenyl)cyclopropyl)amino)-5-(propylthio)-3H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-3-yl)-5-(2-hydroxyethoxy)cyclopentane-1,2-diol. It is also known as Triafluocyl. Ticagrelor is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Ticagrelor can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Ticagrelor.
