Tenofovir Related Compound 8 is chemically diisopropyl 2,2'-((((((R)-1-(6-amino-9H-purin-9-yl)propan-2-yl)oxy)methyl)phosphoryl)bis(azanediyl))(2S,2'S)-dipropionate. It is also known as Tenofovir PMPA Bisamidate. Tenofovir Related Compound 8 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Tenofovir Related Compound 8 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Tenofovir.
