Tenofovir Related Compound 1 is chemically Phosphonic acid, [[(1R)​-​2-​(6-​amino-​9H-​purin-​9-​yl)​-​1-​methylethoxy]​methyl]​-​, diphenyl ester (9CI). It is also known as Tenofovir PMPA Bisphenyl. Tenofovir Related Compound 1 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Tenofovir Related Compound 1 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Tenofovir.
