Desmethyl Tenofovir Disoproxoil is chemically 5-[[2-(6-Amino-9H-purin-9-yl)ethoxy]methyl]-2,4,6,8-tetraoxa-5-phosphanonanedioic acid 1,9-bis(1-methylethyl) ester 5-oxide. It is also known as Adefovir Disoproxil. Desmethyl Tenofovir Disoproxoil is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Desmethyl Tenofovir Disoproxoil can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Tenofovir.
