Tenofovir Impurity 47 is chemically (((4-(6-((((5-fluoro-1-(5-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-oxathiolan-2-yl)-2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyrimidin-4-yl)amino)methyl)amino)-9H-purin-9-yl)-3-methylbutyl)phosphoryl)bis(oxy))bis(methylene) diisopropyl bis(carbonate). Tenofovir Impurity 47 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Tenofovir Impurity 47 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Tenofovir.
