Tenofovir Related Compound 2 is chemically Phosphonic acid, [[(1R)​-​2-​(6-​amino-​9H-​purin-​9-​yl)​-​1-​methylethoxy]​methyl]​-​, monophenyl ester (9CI); Phenyl hydrogen [(R)-1-(6-amino-9H-purin-9-yl)propan-2-yloxy]methylphosphonate. It is also known as Tenofovir Monophenyl Ester Impurity ; Tenofovir Monophenyl PMPA. Tenofovir Related Compound 2 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Tenofovir Related Compound 2 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Tenofovir.
