6N-Hydroxymethyl Tenofovir Disoproxil is chemically 2,​4,​6,​8-​Tetraoxa-​5-​phosphanonanedioic acid, 5-​[[(1R)​-​2-​[6-​[(hydroxymethyl)​amino]​-​9H-​purin-​9-​yl]​-​1-​methylethoxy]​methyl]​-​, 1,​9-​bis(1-​methylethyl) ester, 5-​oxide. 6N-Hydroxymethyl Tenofovir Disoproxil is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. 6N-Hydroxymethyl Tenofovir Disoproxil can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Tenofovir.
