Montelukast Potassium is chemically Potassium [1-[[[(1R)-1-[3-[(E)-2-(7-chloroquinolin-2-yl)ethenyl]phenyl]-3-[2-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)phenyl]propyl]sulfanyl]methyl]cyclopropyl]acetate (as per EP);Potassium 1-[[[(R)-m-[(E)-2-(7-chloro-2-quinolyl)vinyl]-α-[o-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)phenethyl]benzyl]thio]-methyl]cyclopropaneacetate (as per USP). Montelukast Potassium is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Montelukast Potassium can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Montelukast.
