Deacetyl O-Demethyl Diltiazem is chemically (2S,3S)-5-(2-(Dimethylamino)ethyl)-3-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]thiazepin-4(5H)-one. Deacetyl O-Demethyl Diltiazem is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
