Amoxicillin Trihydrate is chemically (2S,5R,6R)-6-[[(2R)-2-Amino-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetyl]amino]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate ( as per EP) ; (2S,5R,6R)-6-[(R)-(–)-2-Amino-2-(p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate (As per USP). Amoxicillin Trihydrate is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Amoxicillin Trihydrate can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Amoxicillin.
