Amoxicillin EP Impurity K is chemically (4S)-2-(1-((R)-2-amino-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido)-2-(((1R)-2-((carboxy((4S)-4-carboxy-5,5-dimethylthiazolidin-2-yl)methyl)amino)-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-oxoethyl)amino)-2-oxoethyl)-5,5-dimethylthiazolidine-4-carboxylate trisodium salt. It is also known as Amoxicillin Open Ring Dimer. Amoxicillin EP Impurity K is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Amoxicillin EP Impurity K can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Amoxicillin.
