Amoxicillin-D4 is chemically (2S,5R,6R)-6-((R)-2-Amino-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl-2,3,5,6-d4)acetamido)-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid. Amoxicillin-D4 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Amoxicillin-D4 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Amoxicillin.
