Sacubitrilat is chemically (2R,4S)-5-([1,1'-Biphenyl]-4-yl)-4-(3-carboxypropanamido)-2-methylpentanoic acid. It is also known as Sacubitril Desethyl Impurity ; Sacubitril Diacid Impurity. Sacubitrilat is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Sacubitrilat can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Sacubitril.
