Ritonavir EP Impurity L is chemically (4S,5S)-4-benzyl-5-[(2S)-2-[[(2S)-3-methyl-2-[[methyl[[2(1-methylethyl) thiazol-4-yl]methyl]carbamoyl]amino]butanoyl]amino]-3-phenylpropyl] oxazolidin-2-one (as per EP); (S)-N-[(S)-1-[(4S,5S)-4-Benzyl-2-oxooxazolidin-5-yl]-3-phenylpropan-2-yl]-2-{3-[(2-isopropylthiazol-4-yl)methyl]-3-methylureido}-3-methylbutanamide (as per USP). It is also known as Desthiazolylmethyl Ritonavir ; Ritonavir Oxazolidinone Derivative. Ritonavir EP Impurity L is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Ritonavir EP Impurity L can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Ritonavir.
