Ritonavir EP Impurity J is chemically Thiazol-5-yl-methyl [(1S,2S,4S)-1-benzyl4-[[(1,1-dimethylethoxy)carbonyl] amino]-2-hydroxy-5-phenylpentyl]carbamate (as per EP); thiazol-5-ylmethyl (2S,3S,5S)-(5-t-butoxycarbonylamino)-3-hydroxy-1,6-diphenylhexan-2-ylcarbamate (as per USP). It is also known as Ritonavir BOC-Aminoalcohol (USP). Ritonavir EP Impurity J is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
