Budesonide EP Impurity G is chemically 16α,17-[(1RS)-Butylidenebis(oxy)]-11β,21-dihydroxypregn-4-ene-3,20-dione (as per EP);16α,17-[Butylidenebis(oxy)]-11β,21-dihydroxypregna-1,4,14-triene-3,20-dione (as per USP). It is also known as Budesonide USP Related Compound G ; 1,2-dihydrobudesonide (USP) . Budesonide EP Impurity G is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
