Montelukast Impurity 10 is chemically 2-(1-((((1R)-1-(3-((1R)-2-(7-chloroquinolin-2-yl)-1-((2-((2-ethylhexyl)oxy)-2-oxoethyl)thio)ethyl)phenyl)-3-(2-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)phenyl)propyl)thio)methyl)cyclopropyl)acetic acid compound with 2-(1-((((1R)-1-(3-((1S)-2-(7-chloroquinolin-2-yl)-1-((2-((2-ethylhexyl)oxy)-2-oxoethyl)thio)ethyl)phenyl)-3-(2-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)phenyl)propyl)thio)methyl)cyclopropyl)acetic acid (1:1). Montelukast Impurity 10 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
