Montelukast (3S)-Hydroxy Methylketone is chemically 1-[2-[(3S)-3-[3-[(1E)-2-(7-Chloro-2-quinolinyl)ethenyl]phenyl]-3-hydroxypropyl]phenyl]acetate.
