Sorafenib EP Impurity F is chemically N-Methyl-4-[4-[[[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]carbamoyl]amino]phenoxy]pyridine-2-carboxamide (as per EP) N-Methyl-4-{4-[3-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)ureido]phenoxy}picolinamide (as per USP). It is also known as Sorafenib USP Impurity F. Sorafenib EP Impurity F is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Sorafenib EP Impurity F can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Sorafenib.
