Atazanavir is chemically Methyl [(5S,10S,11S,14S)-11-benzyl-5-tert-butyl-10-hydroxy-15,15-dimethyl-3,6,13-trioxo-8-[[4-(pyridin-2-yl)phenyl]methyl]-2-oxa-4,7,8,12-tetraazahexadecan-14-yl]carbamate (as per EP) ; Dimethyl (3S,8S,9S,12S)-9-benzyl-3,12,di-tert-butyl-8-hydroxy-4,11-dioxo-6-(p-2-pyridylbenzyl)-2,5,6,10,13-pentaazatetradecanedioate, sulfate (1:1) (as per USP) . Atazanavir is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Atazanavir can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Atazanavir.
