Anastrozole D12 is chemically 2,2'-(5-((1H-1,2,4-Triazol-1-yl)methyl)-1,3-phenylene)bis(2-(methyl-d3)propanenitrile-3,3,3-d3). It is also known as Anastrol-d12 ; Arimidex-D12. Anastrozole D12 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Anastrozole D12 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Anastrozole.
