Timolol EP Impurity E is chemically (2Z)-4-[(1S)-1-[[(1,1-dimethylethyl)amino]methyl]-2-[[4-(morpholin-4-yl)-1,2,5-thiadiazol-3-yl]oxy]ethoxy]-4-oxobut-2-enoic acid (as per EP) ; (S,Z)-4-({1-(tert-butylamino)-3-[(4-morpholino-1,2,5-thiadiazol-3-yl)oxy]propan-2-yl}oxy)-4-oxobut-2- enoic acid (as per USP).
