Sofosbuvir D6 is chemically Propan-2-yl-1,1,1,3,3,3-d6 ((((2R,3R,4R,5R)-5-(2,4-dioxo-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-1(2H)-yl)-4-fluoro-3-hydroxy-4-methyltetrahydrofuran-2-yl)methoxy)(phenoxy)phosphoryl)-L-alaninate. Sofosbuvir D6 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Sofosbuvir D6 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Sofosbuvir.
