2(R)-Methyl Sofosbuvir is chemically Isopropyl ((S)-(((2R,3R,4R,5R)-5-(2,4-dioxo-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-1(2H)-yl)-4-fluoro-3-hydroxy-4-methyltetrahydrofuran-2-yl)methoxy)(phenoxy)phosphoryl)-D-alaninate. 2(R)-Methyl Sofosbuvir is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. 2(R)-Methyl Sofosbuvir can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Sofosbuvir.
