S-(+)-Manidipine D4 is chemically 3-(2-(4-benzhydrylpiperazin-1-yl)ethyl-1,1,2,2-d4) 5-methyl (S)-2,6-dimethyl-4-(3-nitrophenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylate. S-(+)-Manidipine D4 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. S-(+)-Manidipine D4 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Manidipine.
