R-(-)-Manidipine is chemically 3-(2-(4-benzhydrylpiperazin-1-yl)ethyl) 5-methyl (R)-2,6-dimethyl-4-(3-nitrophenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylate. It is also known as R-(-)-Manidipine. R-(-)-Manidipine is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. R-(-)-Manidipine can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Manidipine.
