(S)-Azelastine HCl is chemically (S)-4-[(4-Chlorophenyl)methyl]-2-(hexahydro-1-methyl-1H-azepin-4-yl)-1(2H)-phthalazinone Hydrochloride. It is also known as (+)-Azelastine Hydrochloride. (S)-Azelastine HCl is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. (S)-Azelastine HCl can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Azelastine.
