Azelastine EP Impurity D is chemically 2-[2-(4-Chlorophenyl)acetyl]benzoic acid (as per EP) ; 4-(4-chlorobenzyl)phthalazin-1(2H)-one (as per USP). It is also known as Azelastine USP Related Compound D. Azelastine EP Impurity D is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Azelastine EP Impurity D can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Azelastine.
