Pitavastatin 3-O-Glucuronide is chemically (2S,3S,4S,5R,6R)-6-(((2R,4S,E)-1-Carboxy-6-(2-cyclopropyl-4-(4-fluorophenyl)quinolin-3-yl)-4-hydroxyhex-5-en-2-yl)oxy)-3,4,5-trihydroxytetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-carboxylic acid. It is also known as Pitavastatin 3-Ether Glucuronide. Pitavastatin 3-O-Glucuronide is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Pitavastatin 3-O-Glucuronide can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Pitavastatin.
