Irinotecan Acid is chemically (S)-2-(2-(([1,4'-bipiperidine]-1'-carbonyl)oxy)-12-ethyl-8-(hydroxymethyl)-9-oxo-9,11-dihydroindolizino[1,2-b]quinolin-7-yl)-2-hydroxybutanoic acid. Irinotecan Acid is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Irinotecan Acid can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Irinotecan.
