7-Ethyl-10-Hydroxy Camptothecin D4 is chemically (S)-4,11-Diethyl-4,9-dihydroxy-1,12-dihydro-14H-pyrano[3',4':6,7]indolizino[1,2-b]quinoline-3,14(4H)-dione-5,10,12,12-d4. 7-Ethyl-10-Hydroxy Camptothecin D4 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. 7-Ethyl-10-Hydroxy Camptothecin D4 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Irinotecan.
