Hydroxy O-Demethyl Apixaban is chemically 6-(4-(3-Hydroxy-2-oxopiperidin-1-yl)phenyl)-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-7-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-c]pyridine-3-carboxamide. Hydroxy O-Demethyl Apixaban is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Hydroxy O-Demethyl Apixaban can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Apixaban.
