Apixaban Open Ring Amide (USP) is chemically 6-(4-((5-Amino-5-oxopentyl)amino)phenyl)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-7-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-c]pyridine-3-carboxamide (as per USP). It is also known as Apixaban Open Ring Amide. Apixaban Open Ring Amide (USP) is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Apixaban Open Ring Amide (USP) can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Apixaban.
