Fosaprepitant Impurity A is chemically 5-(((R)-2-(2-((S)-1-(3,5-Bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)ethoxy)-4-fluorophenyl)morpholino)methyl)-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-one. It is also known as (S,R,S)-Aprepitant. Fosaprepitant Impurity A is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
