Fosaprepitant Impurity 9 is chemically (2S,3R,4R,5R)-2,3,4,5,6-Pentahydroxy-N-methylhexan-1-aminium (3-((1S)-(1-(3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)ethoxy)(4-fluorophenyl)(morpholino)methyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)phosphinate. Fosaprepitant Impurity 9 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Fosaprepitant Impurity 9 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Fosaprepitant.
