Estradiol Valerate is chemically 3-Hydroxyestra-1,3,5(10)-trien-17β-yl pentanoate (as per EP) ; Estra-1,3,5(10)-triene-3,17-diol(17β)-, 17-pentanoate (as per USP). It is also known as Estradiol 17-valerate ; Atladiol ; Climaval ; Deladiol. Estradiol Valerate is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Estradiol Valerate can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Estradiol Valerate.
