Docetaxel Trihydrate is chemically 5β,20-Epoxy-1,7β,10β-trihydroxy-9-oxotax-11-ene-2α,4,13α-triyl 4-acetate 2-benzoate 13-[(2R,3S)-3-[[(1,1-dimethylethoxy)carbonyl]amino]-2-hydroxy-3-phenylpropanoate] Trihydrate (as per EP);(2R,3S)-N-Carboxy-3-phenylisoserine, N-tert-butyl ester, 13-ester with 5β,20-epoxy-1,2α,4,7β,10β,13α-hexahydroxytax-11-en-9-one 4-acetate 2-benzoate Trihydrate (as per USP). Docetaxel Trihydrate is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Docetaxel Trihydrate can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Docetaxel.
