Docetaxel EP Impurity F is chemically 5β,20-Epoxy-1,7β-dihydroxy-9-oxotax-11-ene-2α,4,10β,13α-tetrayl 4,10-diacetate 2-benzoate 13-[(2R,3S)-3-(benzoylamino)-2-hydroxy-3-phenyl propanoate]. It is also known as paclitaxel (EP) ; (-)-Paclitaxel. Docetaxel EP Impurity F is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Docetaxel EP Impurity F can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Docetaxel.
