Chlortalidone is chemically 2-Chloro-5-[(1RS)-1-hydroxy-3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindol-1-yl]benzene-1-sulfonamide (as per EP). It is also known as Chlorthalidone ; Hygroton ; Igroton ;Phthalamudine ; Zambesil. Chlortalidone is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Chlortalidone can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Chlortalidone.
