Cefazolin EP Impurity G (Triethylamine salt) is chemically (5aR,6R)-6-[(1H-Tetrazol-1-ylacetyl)amino]-5a,6-dihydro-3H,7H-azeto[2,1-b]furo[3,4-d][1,3]thiazine-1,7(4H)-dione compound with triethylamine (1:1) (as per EP);N-{(5aR,6R)-1,7-Dioxo-1,3,4,5a,6,7-hexahydroazeto[2,1-b]furo[3,4-d][1,3]thiazin-6-yl}-2-(1H-tetrazol-1-yl)acetamide compound with triethylamine (1:1) (as per USP). It is also known as Cefazolin lactone. Cefazolin EP Impurity G (Triethylamine salt) is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
