Buspirone Hydrochloride is chemically 8-[4-[4-(Pyrimidin-2-yl)piperazin-1-yl]butyl]-8-azaspiro[4.5]decane-7,9-dione hydrochloride (as per EP) ; 8-Azaspiro[4,5]decane-7,9-dione, 8-[4-[4-(2-pyrimidinyl)-1-piperazinyl]butyl]-, monohydrochloride (as per USP). Buspirone Hydrochloride is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Buspirone Hydrochloride can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Buspirone .
