Atorvastatin Pyrrolidone Lactone (USP)

Atorvastatin Pyrrolidone Lactone (USP) is chemically 5-(4-Fluorophenyl)-1-{2-[(2R,4R)-4-hydroxy-6-oxotetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl]ethyl}-3-isopropyl-2-oxo-N,4-diphenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxamide (as per USP). It is also known as Atorvastatin Lactam Lactone. Atorvastatin Pyrrolidone Lactone (USP) is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Atorvastatin Pyrrolidone Lactone (USP) can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Atorvastatin.
