Atorvastatin EP Impurity M is chemically Ethyl (3R,5R)-7-[2-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-phenyl-4-(phenylcarbamoyl)-5-(propan-2-yl)-1H-pyrrol-1-yl]-3,5-dihydroxyheptanoate (as per EP) ; (3R,5R)-Ethyl 7-(2-(4-fluorophenyl)-5-isopropyl-3-phenyl-4-(phenylcarbamoyl)-1H-pyrrol-1-yl)-3,5-dihydroxyheptanoate (as per USP). It is also known as Atorvastatin Ethyl Ester (USP). Atorvastatin EP Impurity M is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
